It's said that when Booker Noe came upon a bourbon that he truly thoroughly enjoyed, his first words were that the whiskey in question was "mighty fine". Booker's Small Batch 2023-03 'Mighty Fine Batch' pays homage to this piece of whiskey folklore, a 7 year, 1 month and 10 day old cask-strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey, bottled at 126.6-proof that is indeed nothing short of Noe's definition of "mighty fine". Uncut, unfiltered and composed of a 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley mash, expect a true Kentucky hug from this winter warmer, alongside notes of caramel corn, sweet brown sugar, cinnamon, clove and subtle black pepper.
At 80 proof Blanton’s Special Reserve Green Bottle Bourbon is ideal for those new to single barrel bourbons. It has a slightly floral nose that conveys whispers of cedar and raisin in between soft vanilla notes.
The palate has a light airy feel to it making it an easy sipping bourbon. The taste of vanilla and toffee dance around subtle notes of dried fruit and white pepper.
Eagle Rare Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is masterfully crafted and carefully aged for no less than 10 years. The rareness of this great breed of bourbon is evident in its complex aroma, as well as the smooth and lingering taste. The nose is complex, with aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. The taste is bold, dry and delicate with notes of candied almonds and very rich cocoa. The finish is dry and lingering.
To sip Barrel Proof is to experience Bourbon in its purest form: uncut, straight from the barrel, and without chill filtering. Each bottle is hand labeled with its unique proof and batch number; but the nose, taste, and finish are pure Elijah Craig.
Larceny Barrel Proof offers a new opportunity to experience our acclaimed wheated Bourbon mashbill in its purest form: non-chill filtered and bottled at full barrel proof. Released three times per year in January, May, and September, each offering is a bold yet balanced special Small Batch Bourbon rich with depth and distinction. Much like Larceny Small Batch and Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond, Larceny Barrel Proof is a welcome reminder of just how good wheated Bourbons can be.
Double Oak was born of a happy accident when a leaky barrel forced the distilling team to transfer its liquid to a new charred oak barrel. Exposure to that second barrel gave the whiskey amped-up flavors and lots more complexity. This is a bourbon that has gone into overdrive, and it handles the road just fine. Its syrupy sweet texture is checked by the oak influence, and the palate opens to flavors aplenty—dried peaches, warm apple pie, Christmas spice, gingerbread, raisin cake, chocolate, and pumpkin purée. Perfect as a holiday warmer or a backyard barbecue sipper, this is a whiskey for all seasons.
Uncut and unfiltered, this robust bourbon whiskey ages for nearly a decade and boasts the bold character that is reminiscent of George T. Stagg himself.
Rich, sweet, chocolate and brown sugar flavors mingle in perfect balance with the bold rye spiciness. The boundless finish lingers with hints of cherries, cloves and smokiness.
Weldon Mills Reserve Bourbon Whiskey is a barrel-proof, full-bodied bourbon. We use the finest NC corn, malted wheat, malted barley, and water from the mighty Roanoke River when making our bourbon sour mash. Our Master Distiller makes his cuts just right on our small batch equipment, resulting in a premium bourbon that has taken top honors in many international blind-tasting competitions. If you enjoy a bold traditional bourbon, this is the choice for you. Awarded Best Bourbon at the 2022 San Diego Wine and Spirits Challenge and Best Cask Strength Bourbon at the Olympics of Whiskey Competitions, the 2021 International Whiskey Competition!
As part of the wheated bourbon family, this twelve year old W.L. Weller is aged far longer than most wheated bourbons. This offering is a smooth, easy-going and balanced bourbon with a beautiful deep bronze color.
Aromas of lanolin, almond, creamed corn and toasty vanilla. The mid-palate flavor is heavily wheated, layered and moderately sweet. Long, oaky, and intensely smooth finish.
An innovative approach to twice-barreled bourbon creates the rich and colorful flavor of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked. Uniquely matured in separate, charred oak barrels – the second barrel deeply toasted before a light charring – extracts additional soft, sweet oak character.
Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from the finest corn, rye, and barley malt, and aged for years in new oak barrels in century old warehouses at the most award-winning distillery in the world.
Pleasantly sweet on the palate with notes of brown sugar and spice that give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit, and anise.
